My review is of the process I experienced with trying to make an appointment with Dr Savardi as a new patient. I received a glowing recommendation from a friend about her services and attempted to make an appointment the first time two weeks ago, but the person who answered the phone asked me immediately to hold and then left me on hold for 16 minutes so I hung up. The second attempt that I made to make a new patient appointment was yesterday and the person who answered the phone again immediately asked me to hold. This time I was on hold for 8 minutes but she did return to answer my call. I asked were they accepting new patients, she said yes and then let me know their new procedures for full payments up front and asked me would I still like to proceed with making an appointment to which I answered yes. She then told me that they were heading into a short training session and she would call me right back. I never heard back from her yesterday and decided to contact another dentist (that had also been recommended) for an appointment because I realized that as great as a dentist Dr Savardi might be, the office staff is just as important when receiving services. The office person did call me back this morning and I let her know that I had chosen to go with another dentist. I realize that offices get busy and I appreciate that there are lots of things going on that we are not aware of so I was very kind and so was the office person that I spoke to on both occasions. This was just my sign to go elsewhere for service.
