⭐ 1-Star Review I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. I received two root canals, two crowns, and a bridge at this dentist’s office, and despite all of that, I was still in severe pain. I was repeatedly told the pain was “just inflammation” from the procedures but it never improved. I returned for follow-ups and was made to feel like I was exaggerating or lying. I spent an entire weekend in pain, unable to eat, and called the after-hours line no one ever returned my call. When I followed up on Monday, I was told by Dr. Williams, “Sorry I didn’t return your call.” After spending over $5,000 (including $3,000 out-of-pocket), I was finally referred to an endodontist only to find out I needed another root canal on the same tooth that already had a crown done at this office. I had to spend an additional $2,500 at the endodontist just to correct what should have been handled properly in the first place. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, their billing process is confusing and frustrating. I was charged for procedures that weren’t even completed, only to be told later that “adjustments were made.” That kind of back-and-forth adds even more stress to an already painful situation. The front desk staff was polite and professional, but they were only able to do what they were told. I will not be returning to this office. I expected better care, transparency, and accountability. I will also be contacting my insurance company to see if I can recover some of the money I spent on procedures that were either poorly done or completely unnecessary.

I have no complaints… I came in with the intentions of getting a check up before braces just to find out I needed a bunch of other stuff first but they didn’t make me feel bad about it or anything. 10/10 experience.
