⭐ 1-Star Review I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. I received two root canals, two crowns, and a bridge at this dentist’s office, and despite all of that, I was still in severe pain. I was repeatedly told the pain was “just inflammation” from the procedures but it never improved. I returned for follow-ups and was made to feel like I was exaggerating or lying. I spent an entire weekend in pain, unable to eat, and called the after-hours line no one ever returned my call. When I followed up on Monday, I was told by Dr.

Williams, “Sorry I didn’t return your call. ” After spending over $5,000 (including $3,000 out-of-pocket), I was finally referred to an endodontist only to find out I needed another root canal on the same tooth that already had a crown done at this office. I had to spend an additional $2,500 at the endodontist just to correct what should have been handled properly in the first place. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, their billing process is confusing and frustrating. I was charged for procedures that weren’t even completed, only to be told later that “adjustments were made.

” That kind of back-and-forth adds even more stress to an already painful situation. The front desk staff was polite and professional, but they were only able to do what they were told. I will not be returning to this office. I expected better care, transparency, and accountability. I will also be contacting my insurance company to see if I can recover some of the money I spent on procedures that were either poorly done or completely unnecessary.

I have no complaints… I came in with the intentions of getting a check up before braces just to find out I needed a bunch of other stuff first but they didn’t make me feel bad about it or anything. 10/10 experience.

I recently had my new patient appointment, which took about an hour and a half to complete. Normally, it would be an hour or so, but I was able to get the consult for invisalign braces. The pricing for braces is ridiculously expensive, even with insurance; however, the consultation is free.

My hygienist and dentist were friendly and gentle for the services provided. My first cleaning appointment is in April, so I'll update my review then, since no work has been done.

They fixed my teeth and now I can smile with confidence again. Ok I've been putting off going to the dentist for years because my last experience was not that great. First the staff is SUPER friendly and patient. My trip lasted maybe an hour tops and the total experience was amazing.

When I tell y'all they made me feel comfortable I could have went to sleep while they fixed my teeth. They accepted my insurance and made me feel like family. If your in need of someone to take care of your oral health, come on in!!
