I had an appointment last week. The front desk staff were amazing!!! Sam, the office manager was very pleasant and helpful! I didn’t get the name of the other young lady that was at the front desk, but she was very nice as well. The dental assistant/hygienist, Fris, that took my X-rays was very professional and extremely nice!!! Dr. Sonia took extra care while examining me as well. I just wanted to say thank you ladies for your excellent customer service you provided! I was having a terrible day and I’m sure it showed at times, but each of you showed kindness and compassion! I left there feeling much better! ❤️ see you all soon! M.Victor
My husband and I decided to visit this dentist office because of its reviews, and I’ll tell you that they’re spot on—this office lives up to their reviews. Sam, the office manager, is nothing less than accommodating, understanding, and helpful. She has personally helped my husband and I get in for an appointment conveniently amidst our hectic situations. Dr. Sonia and her assistant, Linda, are a great team and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of the work they have done thus far. Dr. Sonia takes the time to explain what is needed, and even took time to show me the x-rays and explain the reasoning for the procedures she advised. I’ve had many dentist offices recommend thousands of dollars of work that I felt was a lie or unnecessary. Happy Smiles recommends what is needed for a healthy mouth and they’re very reasonable. Thank you to the whole office and team for restoring my confidence in dealing with a dental office!
