Went in for a procedure to have a mucocele removed. After telling me it was $800, they told me moments before the procedure that it was $3,500. After being refunded my deposit, Dr Charles followed me outside and told me to “spend it at the grocery store.” I then proceeded to get the procedure done by the most well regarded oral surgeon in the area for $500. This place is an absolute joke and wouldn’t refer this office or “doctor” to anyone.
