This practice is very shady. I’m currently fighting fraudulent charges. They do not have a dentist in house. They put one on a TV monitor. They deny cleanings and automatically tell everyone they have gum disease to extort you out of 1500 for invasive, unnecessary treatment before they’ll agree to clean your teeth. I’ve never had gum disease and have experienced this scam before in Florida, so I walked out the door early in the appointment. Hey are relentlessly going after me one year later for an additional $100 that I don’t owe.

Absolutely the worst ! Brought my elderly mother to have a tooth removed and she had a heart murmur and was advised to come in an hour early to take a pill before they could work on her after she had taken the pill , Our appointment was at 10:30 and we lived about an hour away so we left our house at 7;30 to beat traffic and get there in enough time to have her take the pill so she could be taken in at 10:30 . We get in around 8:45 and check in , They gave us the prescription we had to fill at the publix next door and she took the pill , We waited in the waiting room and around 10:15 i approached the receptionist to let her know my mother had already taken the pill an hour prior and reminded her that we had an appointment at 10:30 . Another hour goes by , we see people coming in and going out , 12:30 , same scenario , people coming in and going out , All saying they had appointments and only waited about a couple minutes before they were called in . 1:30 comes up and we are finally called in , Well , we waited about another hour in the room and here people coming and going . I put my mother through enough and walked out as everyone was just staring . 85 year old lady they just ignored , no one bothered letting us know what was going on and why it took so long . Absolutely ridicules , no empathy , no explanation . 2:45pm is when we left , 4 hours waiting after our 10;30appointment and 1 hour waiting for the pill to kick in , 2 hour drive up and back for absolutely nothing !
