I broke the crown off of a pre-molar, and went to the nearby dentist at the recommendation of a neighbor. It was one of the best dental interactions I have ever had. The dentist was pleasant, explained things well, made sure his staff advised me on payment options since my Medicare plan doesn't cover dental care. He was able to repair my tooth and complete a different filling that needed to be done. He examined my xrays and he gave me a list of other dental work that he recommended. Office staff were friendly, patient and helpful. It couldn't have been a better dental visit!

I show up and they can't find my records. They wanted to do a full set of x-rays. My i durance will only pay every 3 years. It had not been 3 years. Finally, they except that and we proceed. I get sprayed in the face twice while having my teeth cleaned. I had to ask for a towel when they were finished cleaning. Then they apply the floride. After the floride had been applied, the hygienist remembers that the dentist had not seen me yet... and can not see me now that the floride had been applied. Now I have to another appointment on another day. My time is valuable as well. I will miss another day of work. That's $2000 in lost income due to incompetence. Maybe I should send Riverdale a bill!?!
