This is a review for dental clinics near Naples, Collier County, Florida:
I can't believe I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for today at 10:30 a.m. I arrive to the appointment and the front desk assistant tells me that my appointment was scheduled for 10:10 a.m. After we go back and forth about it, she tells me that the doctor can't see me today because his other 2 appointments are already in the office and one of them has a very complicated procedure to be done. I explained to her that rescheduling would be very difficult for me because my mother has to come all the way from Miami to watch my 2 babies. She then suggested that I wait but, that it wasn't guaranteed that the doctor would see me after the wait. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed!
I haven’t never encountered such a kind and gentle collection of individuals in a Dentist office. I was so worried to take my Autistic teen here based on reviews but I absolutely nothing to be worried about. From the front desk staff, hygienist & dentist all with the same care and kind approach. This Momma is soooo relieved and so is my girl.
