Well Pookie you're probably better off going else where. You obviously don't like down to earth people. The "lady at the front desk" was the dentist's wife. She passed away recently but that being said she did in fact know her stuff and was extremely helpful and personable. I find that extremely important in a health care professional. The fact that she cancelled your appointment was because of YOUR insurance problem. Would you have them keep the app't and sock you with a big bill? I have found the practice the best in the area. I am also sorry for the Dr's loss. She was a very nice competent person

Dr Siegel and his entire staff are wonderful. Myself and my family have been patients for a couple years now and have always received the best care. Dr Siegel is gentle, upfront, knowledgable and reasonable. I highly recommend this office!
