Terrible customer service. Office does not return calls. Can not justify balance owed and does not care about any billing issues or clarifies them.

I'm not usually the type of person to comment on social media, but I don't want the experience I had on Monday, July 12th to go unnoticed. I had the opportunity to get a checkup for a pain I was having in my upper jaw of my face at the Naples Dental Studio in Ave Maria. The minute I walked into the office I was greeted with a beautiful smile from Diana. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Diana went out of her way to fit me into the schedule for that day. I waited a few minutes in the waiting room when I was moved to another room to see Dr. Wisdom. I never imagined that Dr. Wisdom would be so kind and cordial when he asked for my name and nationality. I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Wisdom for a few minutes and we had a very interesting conversation. Not only did I notice that he was an excellent dentist, but I also noticed that he was very concerned about my well being. Dr. Wisdom went above and beyond to recommend me to a Neurologist since the diagnosis I was given was not to see a dentist. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Wisdom's recommendation. His staff made me feel like a member of the family. I highly recommend this place to those people who want to feel well taken care of by professionals and caring people.
