I wish I had read the reviews of this place before. New in the are we went there because my son needed it to extract his lower wisdom teeth. They gave us a treatment plan of $1,520 .since he was very uncomfortable he decided to extract them but when we went to make the appointment now it was $2,907 and the next appointment available was for two months , very upset about this clinic we asked for the images to go somewhere else and they said it will take from 7 to 10 days to get it. We went to Miami this great surgeon in homestead charge him $400 for everything . Even with new images .

My experience with the Aspen Dental in Lehigh Acres started with me making an appointment with the phone number on the website. WhenI got there for my appointment they told me they have to reschedule because I have insurance and they can’t give me an accurate estimate. That is something that should’ve been asked and discussed over the phone when making the appointment. They also asked personal information at the counter when checking in that I thought was HIPAA related. They took a lot of X-rays then sent me to another person. The next person came in and it felt like they were just there so they could charge more money. Then when the dentist finally came in he was very nice and helpful but the whole experience took over two hours just to get a prescription and an appointment to discuss the plan for my teeth. The staff was nice throughout the visit however it feels like an assembly line trying to make money.
