Terrible customer service! I expected a more professional and patient-centered approach, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope they can address these issues to improve the experience for future patients. DO NOT GO HERE! Contact your local attorney general / BBB and file a complaint!

This is for you Mirena Delgado, and the rest of the staff at the 18990 S. Tamiami Trail Suite 110 location. By far, the worst customer service (ever). I’ve called multiple times, left voicemails, emailed, and no one ever bothers to call back. It’s incredibly frustrating trying to get even a basic response unless it's pertaining to setting up an appointment so they can take your money. Two weeks I've been trying to get my dental records emailed and guess what ... 'crickets'. If this is how they treat their customers, please, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere! P.S. Once this review gets posted, THEN & ONLY THEN, will they reply back to this message since it's public for everyone to now see. They will probably reply back saying "our system has been having issues", blah blah blah. Typical reply they give when being called out. Every time there is a bad review posted, they want to blame it on their software/system. Never does the issue(s) EVVVVVER fall on the employees; doesn’t that seem rather odd to everyone else? If you want to get scammed over, then look 👀 no further, this is your place; otherwise, RUN!!! DON'T BELIEVE THESE NON-ORGANIC GOOGLE REVIEWS - CHECK OUT THEIR REAL REVIEWS ON YELP!
