I’m giving the office 3 stars because, while their service is excellent, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, I did run into a billing issue that affected my overall experience. I was told I needed a root canal and was given two price options: one for a specialist and one for a non-specialist. However, I was not informed that the specialist who ended up performing the procedure was out of network. As a result, I had to pay significantly more than expected. When I confronted the office about it, the woman I spoke with tried to justify it by saying, “Well, I gave you two prices.” But the issue wasn’t the price difference due to the provider’s specialty; it was that she failed to mention the specialist was out of network. As a healthcare professional who deals with insurance every single day, I know how this process works, and this kind of omission is unacceptable. I felt that my pockets were taken advantage of due to that lack of transparency. This could’ve been avoided with clearer communication, so I strongly recommend asking whether your provider is in or out of network before proceeding with any treatment. It’s an important detail that makes a big difference.

My family and I have been coming here for over 2+ years. The staff is superb and very friendly, they treat me like family. Appointments are easy to get, great communication, excellent follow up. A year ago, I had an accident and broke my front two teeth, I had to get root canals done and crowns, today I got my crowns, I have been putting this off for over a year because I was scared of getting them and not being happy with the result, fear of the look and color. Wow, I am so happy with the work, Rodolfo did the crowns and he nailed it the first time, I did not have to ask for any change or adjustments, I am so happy. I again want to thank everyone, from the receptionist ladies, to the office manager, to the doctors, specialist, hygienists, everyone is amazing and super dedicated to make the patient feel good and look great, THANK YOU SO MUCB FOR ALL YOU DO! I am sharing my before and after pictures. After the accident, they did a temporary fix that literally saved my live, it was a very traumatic experience and they did a great job for me to continue with my regular day to day until I felt comfortable to do the crowns. If I knew it was going to look this natural, I would have done it a long time ago 😍🤗
