I’m giving the office 3 stars because, while their service is excellent, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, I did run into a billing issue that affected my overall experience. I was told I needed a root canal and was given two price options: one for a specialist and one for a non-specialist. However, I was not informed that the specialist who ended up performing the procedure was out of network. As a result, I had to pay significantly more than expected.

When I confronted the office about it, the woman I spoke with tried to justify it by saying, “Well, I gave you two prices. ” But the issue wasn’t the price difference due to the provider’s specialty; it was that she failed to mention the specialist was out of network. As a healthcare professional who deals with insurance every single day, I know how this process works, and this kind of omission is unacceptable. I felt that my pockets were taken advantage of due to that lack of transparency.

This could’ve been avoided with clearer communication, so I strongly recommend asking whether your provider is in or out of network before proceeding with any treatment. It’s an important detail that makes a big difference.

My family and I have been coming here for over 2+ years. The staff is superb and very friendly, they treat me like family. Appointments are easy to get, great communication, excellent follow up.

A year ago, I had an accident and broke my front two teeth, I had to get root canals done and crowns, today I got my crowns, I have been putting this off for over a year because I was scared of getting them and not being happy with the result, fear of the look and color. Wow, I am so happy with the work, Rodolfo did the crowns and he nailed it the first time, I did not have to ask for any change or adjustments, I am so happy. I again want to thank everyone, from the receptionist ladies, to the office manager, to the doctors, specialist, hygienists, everyone is amazing and super dedicated to make the patient feel good and look great, THANK YOU SO MUCB FOR ALL YOU DO! I am sharing my before and after pictures.

After the accident, they did a temporary fix that literally saved my live, it was a very traumatic experience and they did a great job for me to continue with my regular day to day until I felt comfortable to do the crowns. If I knew it was going to look this natural, I would have done it a long time ago 😍🤗

Came in to have a prior tooth repair that was done by another dentist checked out. From the moment of walking in i was treated like family. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional. The office was clean and a pleasant place to be. Dr.

Nancy and her assistant listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to tackle the problem. Their care and professionalism was boundless. I’d like to thank everyone at Bella Family Dental for their hospitality and I would definitely visit again.

From the moment I walked into Bella Family Dental, I knew I was in good hands. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming—clean, modern, and calming, which immediately helped ease any dental anxiety I had. A special shoutout goes to Julissa, the office manager, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly welcoming, organized, and went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression and really set the tone for the entire visit.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. What truly stood out, though, was the level of care and professionalism shown by the entire team. Dr. Nancy was not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions thoroughly. What impressed me most was how genuinely the team cared about my dental health, not just during the visit, but for the long term.

During my visit, I had a routine cleaning, and it was handled with such gentle precision that I barely felt a thing. The hygienist was equally fantastic—very thorough but gentle, and incredibly attentive to comfort. Bella Family Dental truly goes above and beyond. Whether you’re in for a routine check-up or more complex work, you’re treated like family. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
