I have been coming here for almost 7 months and am very happy with the progress of my smile! The staff and Dr Jasmine are very kind and helpful. I would recommend coming to the smile clinic!!

This place is a scam. BEWARE!! They put braces on you and then hold you hostage for crazy fees. Non English speaking via phone and then charge you $25 cancellation because the staff does not understand your request to cancel an appointment. Have to cancel because of the flu? Another $25, even with plenty of notice. Then the main orthodontist just smirks at you like a sociopath when you explain they are being unreasonable and show proof of 24 hour advance notification. Don’t be fooled by the pricing. The terrible staff and operation will make you wish you had spent more. **UPDATE: Due to the lies Smile Clinic responded with in an attempt to save face in the public eye, an update is necessary. We have all receipts, texts, doctor notes and emails. You did not delete any late fees, but referred us to "corporate," an entity that is impossible to get in touch with and is an attempt to send customers on a goose chase where they will give up so you can keep the fees. Your classless lie of a response ("5 cancellations...") just further damns your crooked business practices and the type of people you are. It should say something that a customer that has only given 5 star Google reviews in the past is taking the time to call you out. Again, anybody reading this, please BEWARE!!**
