ADA FRIENDLY AND SUPER KIND! Incredible staff. Extremely friendly and very professional. People who rely on a wheelchair can rest assured that they will be well cared for by this team of dental professionals and all their staff.

It is my first time with this office I had two appointments on the same week Tuesday and Thursday. my appointment on Tuesday was supposed to be at 3 1 5 and my appointment on Thursday at 10 a. m. due to a misunderstanding I made it on Tuesday in the morning instead of the afternoon they were very nice about it saying it's okay. I am on my way to the Thursday appointment in the morning and I am calling them because there was an accident on the highway and I was stuck I would have arrived at 10:13 when the appointment was at 10:00 a.

m. they informed me that I would be on a walk-in basis from now on because according to them this now counted as two failures to show up to my appointment. I had maintained clear communication with them throughout this entire process and yet I feel like I was treated with inconsideration. I will not be back to this office.

I have been a patient since 2023, so my review is an honest one. I had a few services and paid for them. I was an established patient. Don't go here I paid for partial dentures since October and never received them. Every time I called they had issues scheduling me, I requested a different dentist since that one wasn't available and they didn't schedule me. They punish you if you cancel an appointment even ahead of time. They offered a refund and they said it was ok but never received the refund for the dentures either.

I followed up a few times with no calls in return about my refund. Today I called and the receptionist said they have to figure out how much because they have to deduct some costs, I was never told that I wasn't getting the full amount of the refund. It is not a good place, I'm taking this to the Better Business Bureau and reporting it further. They treated me very badly there while trying to schedule to get my dentures. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY UPFRONT.

I was a patient and do not recommend anyone here. This dental office has exhibited unprofessional behavior, with staff failing to provide reliable service. If you need to cancel an appointment—even with advance notice—you will face punishment unable to schedule, if you get to your appointment on time the front desk receptionist will say you got there 15 mins late but what’s really going on is that the dentist is overbooked so they tell you got to wait more than an hour because she has 3 patients ahead, doesn’t make sense, why say I was late when I wasn’t. Avoid making advance payments for procedures, including dentures, as promised refunds are not honored.

It’s been over 6 months and never received my refund. Attempts to follow up on refunds are ignored, and calls may go unanswered. Complaints about service are frequently dismissed, with management avoiding accountability and front desk staff instructed to misrepresent the situation. Given these unethical practices If you wish to file a complaint, you can do so through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Genesis Dental should be shut down.
