If you want to do what is best for your teeth, Dr. Schwartz is the man! I’ve never had great or perfect teeth and have been ashamed of my smile. He doesn’t pressure you into anything and his staff communicates well and is always nice. He doesn’t recommend anything you don’t need. He explains everything in detail that needs to be corrected and the best path to happy and healthy teeth. I think my smile now speaks for itself but 10/10 recommend.

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a series of dental procedures I received at your office, which have unfortunately led to additional dental issues and unexpected financial burden. During my Invisalign treatment, my teeth were filed down to create the necessary space for alignment. However, the filing was done to an excessive degree on the teeth adjacent to my crown. As a result, not only did this damage and chip the crown itself, but it also left the surrounding teeth compromised. Due to this improper filing, I had to replace the crown entirely, which came at a significant cost. In addition to the crown damage, the over-filing contributed to the development of new cavities in the adjacent teeth. These cavities required immediate attention and treatment, adding further to the financial and physical toll this has taken. I had to undergo multiple fillings, which were both costly and avoidable had the initial procedure been performed with more precision. This situation has been frustrating and stressful, especially considering that these issues arose as a direct result of treatment intended to improve my dental health. I trusted that the procedures done in conjunction with Invisalign would be executed with care, and I did not anticipate that they would lead to further dental deterioration I would appreciate a response regarding this matter, including any steps your office in Boca is willing to take to rectify the situation. I believe it’s important to ensure that future patients do not experience similar complications, and I hope to find a resolution that acknowledges the inconvenience and financial hardship this has caused.
