First visit seeking professional opinion. Greeted by a most friendly person. We laughed right away. Operations COO answered my questions and Dr Dari heard my concerns, processed other dental opinions and created clarity and earned Shapiro a new patient. Thank you Team Shapiro!

Was wonderful in the beginning. We were orthodontist patients for years. I think the staff was under a lot of stress due to the way the ortho mrs. Shapiro behaved. There is too much to put in a review for all the negative experiences over the past few years that we had. She was very rude and condescending most of the time. Then would leave. I would strongly advise looking for a more professional and friendly orthodontist. We are glad our time with her is over. That practice got thousands of dollars from us. A paid in full customer did not warrant basic respect from her. Dont worry no response is necessary that you think another dental practice would be better. We know it would. So we did. Also be aware a past employee mentioned she sometimes makes fun of her patients pics that they take for your front and side profile. Does not surprise me.
