What a trip! We haven't seen this dentist in years. In May, we received a text from their office balance billing us for cleanings back in 2020, 2021, and 2022, because they "had a change of staff recently and are finding out that bills weren't being sent out IN THE PAST FEW YEARS. " YEARS! When we have tried to call for more information, our voicemails haven't been returned.
We will then receive another piece of mail addressed to the wrong address with no service dates provided or a line item of services rendered. All I can say at this point is return voicemails and text messages (that you sent, not us), and have fun with the DOPL complaint that is being filed.

I could hug the entire staff! I was just beginning a 3-month road trip and was only going to be in SLC for a week. It was my second day here and I had horrendous tooth pain (like I have never had before). Called about 15 different dentists office to see if I could get an appointment. I was able to get an appointment the next day.
Turns out I needed a root canal. He and his staff worked with a local endodontist to get me seen before I left. The entire staff was so kind and helpful, I cannot thank them enough.
