My whole family was transferred to Eastside Dentistry because of new Insurance & it’s closer to our home . Well 7/23/20 my husband was denied service because I am a nurse. 😭😭yes, one of the dentist in there told me today 7/27/20 when I called to confirm what happened. She said it’s not discrimination. She just want safety for her office. Mind you they saw my son the day before they knew I was a Nurse. Thank you.

I don’t need your excuses. We all want safety for our family. Our appointment was scheduled a month ago. Why don’t you asked those questions in advance. Wasting our time. Do better.

As someone who has worked in the dental profession for years, I am quite familiar with good dentistry. Dr E has been my family dentist for over two years. Ever since I met her, she has been very professional and thorough in her work. I trust everything that she does and I am a satisfied customer.

I do recommend this office to anyone in the Loganville area who requires good dental care. Dr E and her staff are great 👍.

Dr. E was so knowledgeable and sweet! She’s very thorough, and everyone in the office is so friendly, especially Christine! She’s up front and helps schedule your appointments and checks you in. This office has plenty of parking, it’s in the Publix shopping center. Definitely give them a try!!

The first time I went to the office was January 20th. I was unaware that because I had a very recent back surgery that they would need clearance from my surgeon. I rescheduled and went on yesterday February 20th. My appointment was at 9am. I got in and got my deep cleaning done which I had agreed to because my teeth had not been cleaned in about eight months. Absolutely, no problem. Then Dr. ERATTUPARAMBIL had an emergency which delayed my teeth getting filled. Come to find out that my cleaning was not on the schedule only the fillings. I was there for both. I have absolutely no problem with the emergency because things do happen. How and so ever, I was told that I could come back at 1:30 which I did.

An extreme inconvenience. But I can be cooperative. Here is were my very serious issue comes in. It is extremely apparent to me that the clients time is of no value. When I finally got back to a room. I waited for the Dentist to come in. Then when she did she numbed my gums and then took off to deal with another client. She said to me to give the numbing to take effect. To my knowledge of 69 years there is absolutely no lengthy time period that is needed for numbing. When she finally came back after at least 15+minutes she proceeded to do my fillings. My time is extremely valuable and is not at the discretion of the provider. It does not matter if I was off work for the day or otherwise.

I went back because during my first visit I did not gag during the X-rays. I am a very huge gager during X-rays. I need to get back to my every six months cleaning. How and so ever, I will have to have a very long in-depth conversation with myself. My time is valuable. I would like to say that the front office ladies are great and the hygienist was great as well. I will not say that the Doctor is an incompetent dentist. How and so ever, she really needs to Respect the time of ALL of her clients as well as organize her time effectively with one client at a time NOT multiple. I just checked my bank account and my account has been changed twice. I was considering giving them a second/third chance but HELL NO you are messing (not the word I want to use) with my money.
