I have to change my review back to a one star because for the past couple weeks I been making payments towards a procedure that was scheduled for this week. 8/27/24. On 8/26/24 I went in to make my final payment but instead had to get a refund check of my payments because there was a misunderstanding about paying to have one teeth done instead of 3. This turned into a debacle. I still have a broken teeth 3 weeks later after thinking I was getting work done tomorrow. It was a big debacle. . I left there with a broken heart. Still a broken teeth and a Anxiety attack.

I really felt like I had been made a fool of. Im not going to blame just one person because the whole situation left me disappointed after I had been there a few times making payments discussed everything to make sure we were all clear. Once I paid 1200. 00 they said oh no you actually have to pay 3600. 00 all at one time although only one teeth is broken we can't fix just one. To get everything done at one time. When I clearly asked the question since this is 3 teeth can I pay for one at a time. The answer I was given yes you can make 3 separate payments for each teeth since this is 3 separate procedures. It's 12:00 at night and I'm still upset over this debacle.

All I can say maybe I can find better service somewhere else. If you deal with them I would ask the same question 5 Times in a row and record they answer to be sure you don't end up like me with a remaining broken teeth and a broke heart after Ivory Dental. And your money refunded back or some silly mess like this. I'm a business owner since 1997. I know how to communicate with customers so there is no misunderstanding. It was not me who made the mistake.

Pleasant atmosphere. Clean when I walked in. The receptionist very educational and informative and pleasant. Dr. Patel was pleasant and he answered my questions. I was not pressured to get cosmetic work done that can be addressed later. We scheduled for next week to get work done. Looking forward to getting the work done!

I've come to this dental office a few times in the past and came back recently because I remembered having a smooth experience and these latest appotinemts have been no different. I really feel like everyone really cares to give me a smooth experience, calm my anxieties with their transparency, and to make sure I'm satisfied with my teeth. Definitely recommend and this will be my go-to dentist.
