Worst dentist ever. I was told I had a cavity and needed a cleaning but they don't have a dental hygienist on site so you have to schedule two separate appointments on two different days unless they can squeeze you in. I was told during this appointment that I shouldn't feel ashamed of what I'm allergic to but I wasn't ashamed and this statement just ended up making me uncomfortable. I made an appointment but was called at work and told to come in the next day (which I had work but decided to do so because they could get both appointments done in one day instead of two. ) I come in the next day after calling out of work and the receptionist says the appointment is next week once again, on a day I work! I tell her I have to work that day and she ask "you work?" of course I do, that's how I'm paying for this WITHOUT INSURANCE. I finally go to the appointment, wait forever in the waiting room for the off-site hygienist.

All that were needed were a basic cleaning but she used metal tools (no water pick) the ENTIRE time. My mouth were sore for days after! Finally the dentist sees me and does my fill- in but while he's doing it, he's aggressively moving the other girls hand that's holding the tube in my mouth so I was scared I'd get hurt while he repeatedly did this over and over with sharp tools in his hands next to my mouth. The fill-in had rough, sharp edges but I figured it would file down in time. I go home, put in my invisalign tray (which they were aware of) and it doesn't fit! They call me the next day, I can't get back in for another 3 days so every night before bed, I have to sleep in a crooked invisalign retainer!! I finally go to my appointment and the dentist ask his coworker what I'm in for. . .

She has to remind him of the cavity fill in he did days previously and he tells me I'll have to get new invisalign trays thanks to him not filling in my tooth properly. He finally takes ONE of two of my retainers and shaves down the space for the tooth and tells me to shave the other one down myself at home. . . 🙄 A waste of $500.

I have been going to this dental practice for at least 10 years. Dr. Nguyen and his team have taken great care to communicate and reach out to me when I am due for my bi-annual cleanings. I have never had any issue with the dental hygienists, front staff Amy and Kathy, nor with Dr.

Nguyen. 10/10 satisfied with their service and highly recommend all my friends and family to try this location when they complain about their current dentist.

I have been going to AT Dentist for a year and 1/2. Every time I get a reminder call from Karen, I find it so pleasant to speak with her. When I arrive in the office, I don’t have to wait, Karen is there with her welcome smile. It is rare that I have to wait in the waiting room. Typically, I am escorted to one of the rooms in less than five minutes. There is always someone waiting in the room to prep me for either doctor or the dental hygienist. I never feel that I am rushed in and out.

I feel that my dental cleaning is professionally done and the Dr is always there to do the finial approval. Before doing any dental work, Amy is there to confirm the cost. On my way out, Amy is there to confirm the billing, if any. I highly recommend AT Dental. I feel comfortable knowing that I am cared for by highly professional individual.
