East West Family Dental lives up to its name—welcoming families from all backgrounds with care that feels personal. My wife and I, along with our two kids, have been patients for 2 years, and their ability to handle all ages is impressive. The office has a warm, multicultural vibe, with staff fluent in both English and Hindi, which helps my parents feel comfortable during their visits. Dr.

Chen is gentle with the kids (using fun terms for tools) and thorough with adults—her work on my crown is seamless. The hygienists take time to explain oral care in simple terms, and the front desk is great at working around our busy schedules. It’s a one-stop shop for family dental needs, with heart.

I was able to make an appointment + be seen the very next day. They took me back incredibly fast! The x-rays were done with state of the art equipment and with ease. The hygienist did her overview and Dr. Thomas came in moments later.

I was in/out very quick. The team was organized, friendly and professional + the office was extremely clean. I need a ton of work done, but feel in very great hands. Would absolutely recommend!

I have always had wonderful experiences at East West Family Dental. The staff is very professional and I am always seen very promptly. They are always respectful of my time and I rarely have to wait. The hygienist takes the time to explain every service and each procedure, and answers all questions carefully. Dr. Thomas clearly outlined any potential concerns and gave specific tips on how to care for my teeth to prevent any problems. Dr.

Thomas is very patient and answered all of my questions. The office is clean and I felt like all necessary safety precautions were taken. At the end of my visit, all costs and insurance concerns were addressed and they made sure I understood my coverage and co-pay. I was in and out rather quickly - which is always a plus. Even though I don't like dental visits, the staff at East West always makes me feel comfortable and I don't mind going there. I highly recommend them!

From the moment I walked in and encountered the receptionist to the thorough exams and the consultation everything was great. I felt like I was at home around family and friends. The staff was awesome and they continued to keep me comforted during my entire exam. I was a bit nervous at first due to the pain that I was feeling from my teeth but once I was able to go I felt 85% better.

I love Dr. Thomas and the receptionist thoroughly going through my plan and making sure that I understood everything before I left. The service was so great needless to say my husband is returning with me on my next visit next Thursday.
