It is difficult to find a dentist with the spectrum of attributes that Dr. Adamson has cemented into his practice for decades. He is among the most highly qualified dentists in the Salt Lake area & seems to keep "ahead of the curve" in providing "cutting edge" approaches in dentistry as additional options to meet his patients needs.

Most important to me is Dr, Adamson's uncompromising integrity with all of his patients. My only "complaint" is that his practice was closer to me!! I left Salt Lake City after graduating from the "U" in 2002 for a job in Phoenix and have since moved to Denver. After several bad experiences with dentists in other states, I may go for a cleaning every six months wherever needed; However if actual "dental work" is required, I still find a way to make a trip to Salt Lake if I can.

It's worth it to me to know I'm not paying for procedures above and beyond what I need, while still getting the best care available. His friendly staff assisted in helping me feel comfortable as always; an added bonus I was reminded of. I highly recommend his practice & wish there were more of them out there!

STAY AWAY!!! I went in for a set of dentures in September. I needed a top plate and a bottom partial. On September 21st I went in for my impressions and the dentist walked OUT OF THE ROOM while taking the impression of the top denture. I let the dental assistant know that the impression had fallen, she told the dentist and he said that it wouldn't matter. It mattered!! But since I paid in advance, with the understanding that once my insurance paid their part I would be refunded/reimbursed the difference I trusted the dentist, BIG MISTAKE!!! They were friendly right up to the point of reimbursement. When asked about it, the receptionist/secretary/woman at the counter said were going to reimburse me around $700 - $800 dollars. the communication from my insurance showed $1500 so they were going to reimburse around $600 - $700 LESS.

. and when I called them out on it they began to get spiteful and nasty. My favorite part is that they decided that even though they TOLD ME that the adjustments were included on the first appointment. I should have recorded it, anyway. . . .

they are now charging me $70 per adjustment. Trying to get that $700 - $800 back I guess. The woman at the front desk should have told me it was for the adjustments. For the safety of your teeth I would advise that you stay as far away from this ridiculous business as you can. There is no way that I'd ever go back.

I love Dr. Adamson! He has been my one and only dentist, and I wouldn't trade him or his staff for the world. My parents and grandparents have been going to him for years, even after moving quite a ways away. The drive is totally worth it. All of the wonderful ladies who work there make it such a pleasant experience.

They take the time to connect with their patients, and want to get to know you. I adore that not only are all of them very skilled professionals, but they all have a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this 'diamond in the rough. '

The hygienist and dentist were both very nice people, and it’s an absolute shame they lied about the upfront cost of their service. To the tune of just shy of twice their initial estimate we were initially given. Their front desk/billing staff in general aren’t on point at all, they didn’t confirm the appointment before we showed up either.

My wife and I both cancelled our follow up appointment, and won’t be returning which is a shame since we really did enjoy the health professionals.
