Almost a year after this review below and I found out that they shared my contact info with a third party company that calls customers for reminder appointments after being clear I didn't want to return. The company didn't even call them by the correct practice name. What an unprofessional business with iffy business practices. Also, after visiting a different dentist, none of the things they 'diagnosed' me with were accurate. - My first visit was in 2023. I was looking for a new dentist and found a special for new patients. The cleaning was just fine, but the doctor had strong BO that made the checkup difficult.

Regardless, I decided to come back a year later and my experience was negative. Dr. Sher gave me a very checkup and I expected it to be more thorough. I’ve never had such a quick checkup. She did not check my bite, jaw, or gums. She simply checked for a potential irregularity that she could fix. My experience felt incomplete, superficial, and honestly, uncomfortable.

The cleaning was through, but I had sensitivity for 2 weeks afterwards which I’ve never had before. The x-rays were done in an odd way and they had me bite onto something that didn’t have a plastic cover that covered the entire mouth piece making it unhygienic. I could see teeth marks from other people too. This place will probably make you anxious for future dental appointments.

Incredible Place to go - after years of trauma at various dental offices - I found a place that is welcoming, caring and pain free! The office head Nathalie is amazing - goes above and beyond. She keeps track of everything that you are experiencing and knows exactly where you are in your treatment when you walk in. Dr Gisbert is incredibly talented - a miracle worker and has such a positive and fun attitude.

Overall so happy that I found this place in Miami. Recommend Sher to everyone! Also they can be flexible on payment which is a relief in this challenging time.

Dental Sheer is absolutely amazing! Their facilities are top-notch, equipped with the latest technology, making every visit smooth and comfortable. The entire team is kind, professional, and especially wonderful with children. They treat my whole family with great care and expertise. Excellent experience. Very clean and modern facility. I went for a cleaning, exam and whitening. I left with incredible results.

My teeth looked better than they have in almost 20 years. Vanessa, the loveliest woman you could ever imagine was so amazing throughout the entire process and Nelson was very professional and very light handed with the cleaning and whitening process. My insurance did not cover either service as I have a dental HMO but they worked with my budget and got everything done within my schedule. I highly recommended choosing Sher dental, they took amazing care of me!!!
