I cannot speak highly enough about this dental office. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in incredibly good hands. Dr. Fain was exceptionally kind, patient, and truly took the time to listen to all of my questions. What stood out the most was how transparent and respectful he was—he laid out all the treatment options and took the extra step to clearly write out the associated costs. There was absolutely no pressure, no upselling—just honest care from someone who clearly values trust and understands how valuable our time is. The first time I visited, I came in with a loose permanent retainer.

Instead of making me jump through all the usual new patient hoops, Dr. Fain simply fixed the retainer quickly and efficiently, while also being totally up front about what the cost would be. It was painless in every way—the kind of experience we all hope for but rarely get at a dental office. Today, I returned for my first official cleaning, and I’m still in awe. Geraldine, the hygienist, gave me the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. She didn’t rush through it—she took the time to really make sure my teeth were in great shape, carefully removing plaque and grime. She even gave me personalized recommendations, including a YouTube video, to help me maintain my dental health at home.

As a new mom, I’ve definitely noticed my teeth need some extra TLC, and I felt so seen and cared for in this office. The front desk staff has also been nothing but kind and welcoming, and the complimentary valet parking is such a thoughtful touch—it removes the usual stress of city parking and helps ensure you’re on time and relaxed. I left today feeling grateful to have found a dental office full of people who are not only skilled professionals but genuinely care about their patients. I trust them completely and will be sending my husband, my friends—everyone I care about—their way. If you’re looking for a dental team that is competent, compassionate, and truly trustworthy, this is the place.

I recently visited Dr. Sylvan's office for a last-minute tooth extraction on a Thursday afternoon, and I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff and nurses were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Dr. Sylvan was able to see me on such short notice, which truly reflects his dedication and compassion for his patients. The extraction itself was impressively swift—done in just 12 minutes—with no pain, minimal bleeding, and no swelling afterward.

It's clear that Dr. Sylvan has a skilled touch; I can only describe his work as having "angel's hands. " I am genuinely happy and satisfied with my experience and the care I received. Thank you, Dr. Sylvan, for making a stressful situation so easy and comfortable!

I was referred to Dr. Fain by a close friend and the experience was great! As a new patient, I really felt welcomed by the staff. From the initial check in until my visit was complete, I felt at ease. The staff, Judy, Eder, Norka, Maryann and Ray are awesome! They were pleasant and attentive to my every needs.

Dr. Fain is awesome too! He took the time to throughly explain everything to me as it relates to my dental needs. I look forward to my next visits.

A little bit of wait, but the dental hygienist was excellent. She listened to my needs, very thorough, efficient, very friendly. This has been a great visit with her. My teeth feels so refreshed.
