I am formally documenting a complaint against Dr. Tassie and this dental clinic for negligence, misrepresentation, and failure to provide adequate dental care and follow-through regarding services rendered to my father, Soud Nimer, specifically concerning the fabrication of dentures. Approximately eight months ago, my father was seen by Dr. Tassie on two separate occasions for the fitting of dentures. On both visits, the dentures were ill-fitting and improperly fabricated. Dr. Tassie demonstrated a lack of clinical judgment and repeatedly made speculative adjustments, ultimately instructing my father to have the dentures resized elsewhere—an indication of his inability or unwillingness to complete the service for which he billed. After a detailed discussion, Dr. Tassie acknowledged the failure of service and assured me that a full refund would be issued through the insurance provider.

He stated he would sign and submit the necessary forms and process the refund within 30 days. This verbal commitment was made in good faith and was relied upon. As of the date of this review, more than three months have passed, and no refund has been processed. A subsequent clinic confirmed that no such refund request was ever submitted to the insurer. When I returned to the clinic to follow up on my father's behalf—due to his limited English proficiency—Dr. Tassie changed his position and claimed it was the clinic manager's responsibility to send the form. This was never previously disclosed, and no explanation was provided for the failure to act. Furthermore, despite providing my contact information, I have received no follow-up communication. When I requested a phone number to reach someone directly, I was only given an email address.

My written communication to the clinic manager has gone entirely unanswered. At this point, due to the lack of resolution and failure to take accountability, I am preparing to initiate legal action and will also be filing a formal complaint with the insurance provider. The amount charged—$1,871. 50—was for services that were defective, unprofessional, and ultimately rendered unusable. My father is now forced to seek new dental treatment elsewhere, at his own expense, due to the clinic’s gross mishandling of his case. I caution others to consider this experience carefully before seeking care at this facility.

The entire staff was very polite and friendly. The dentist and his assistant made me feel so safe and comfortable. I love Dental Dreams, and I will not go to any other dental office.

Do not book to be there last appointment. After rescheduling I was told that I had a ten minute grace period. I was booked as last appointment. Got there signed in a sat for down after a few minutes I was told that I couldn’t be seen because I was five minutes late. Granted they let sign in and wait to be seen. After I was told to get out the staff walked out right behind me.

Clearly they wanted to go home and tried to reschedule me for another day. Don’t tell me you stop seeing patients @4:00 when the day before you had two patients @4. Just say you were packing up to go home and forgot I was sitting out there. Clearly if your cut off was your then I would not have been able to sign in and wait in the waiting room.
