Even though I went to the wrong location for my first appointment they rescheduled me for the same day at a different time ( I felt so embarrassed) then they set me up to fix my top implant denture they made the cast of my mouth and sent them off. I am on a fixed income and explained I could not afford both dentures at that time . Everyone else I have saw would try and squeeze me to do both. But not this practice. They worked with me on an affordable plan .

Then when I got them back he work longer than either of us expected but they fit like a glove . In the past I went in because they were broken many times and redlines and had to make up to 5 adjustments and my mouth would have painful sores. But this is my 2 nd week and no sores and he even tightened up my bottom dentures . I wish I would have found Dr Nick sooner . Implant dentures are expensive and the upkeep of reclines are expensive but they fit so good if you have the right Dr.

I am moving in a few months back to South Dakota and if I need to have my lower dentures done I might just fly back. That’s how good dr Nick and his staff is If you want to have the job done right for a way lower cost and no pressure This is the only place to go Thank you Dr nick and staff for helping me. It’s bad enough to have to ware dentures but with your help I can now put them in and ware them all day without pain before I was only putting them in to eat and had to take them out. I do truly appreciate that you went above and beyond to keep you word on price and fit

Wonderful dental team, I had to get some pretty extensive work done over the period of weeks. Doctor Rucker, along with Mandy and all I came in contact with including the receptionists and doctor ruggiero were very professional and extremely knowledgeable on a full range of dental subjects. I would 100% highly recommend a visit for any dental needs you may have nothing is off limits, even if you have hesitated or have doubts about a procedure you may have been putting off. They will definitely bring back a nice smile to your appearance or repair any previous damage to your dental issues.

I initially went to this practice because I had a miss tooth on my top and bottom and the VA recommended a bridge. I received 2 bridges and both were really bulky. I have return multiple times for top and bottom readjustment until I gave up on the top bridge being readjusting and just focus on the bottom readjustment and after going 3-4 times already I scheduled a appointment yesterday for today May 8, 2025 to attempt another readjustment .

I overslept and called the office and the receptionist was rude and told me I had to go to the VA now because I missed the appointment but not once have I ever had an attitude for having to return for readjustments that I only get 5 minutes of the Doctor’s time if that to readjust and get told if I still have problems to come back. I waste my time and gas with no reimbursements from the VA and never complained once. Then I waste given a call back stating the importance of the appointment and how someone else could be scheduled when everytime I go I literally get seen for maybe 2-5 minutes with minor adjustments not the necessary adjustments.

I was never my intentions to inconvenience anyone but the treatment received because I overslept considering all that I’ve been through with this practice was unnecessary and I still can’t chew on my left side but not once did I have an attitude not once so now I’m left with having to find someone else to do the work that another doctor was paid for.
