The staff, techs, dental hygienists are absolutely amazing! Kind, communicative and swift. Everything runs like a Swiss watch. My only complaint is I never met the Dentist. I did see her walk back and forth a lot. I had two sons with appointments, one who went back the next day for additional treatment. It think it’s best practice to say hello and inform patients and parents of who you are.

My daughter had her front teeth pulled here today. The staff are super nice and made my daughter feel comfortable. She loved that she got to watch her show on the ceiling while the procedure took place. Would recommend!

I’ve been going here with my children since they were little ones and one is a teenager and the other enters his teenage years this year they have always been great throughout the name change and everything lol they remained the same. My children enjoy coming and they are awesome with them. I never had any problems with scheduling, Excuse request and I honestly feel like my children’s teeth is in their best interest.

I love it here.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my children and I had at this dental office. Dr. Allyson Sheffield was rude and unprofessional. When I asked questions about my kids’ dental health, she gave short, unhelpful answers and seemed irritated by the questions. It felt like she had no interest in communicating clearly or respectfully with me as a parent.

To make matters worse, the dental hygienist directed important information to my 12-year-old son instead of me telling him he needs to come back in six months, as if he drives himself and fully understands follow-up care. Parents should be directly informed about their child's health not left out of the loop. The front desk staff was also incredibly rude. They didn’t greet us when we arrived and showed no sense of professionalism or courtesy. With a dentist who communicates poorly, I guess it’s no surprise the front desk staff reflects the same attitude.

I will absolutely be finding a new dental office. As a parent, I expect respect, clear communication, and basic customer service. This office failed on all fronts.
