Community Health Clinic, Inc. (CHC) is a vital non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and affordable Primary Healthcare services. Located in Western Pennsylvania, with an office in Vandergrift (179 Columbia Ave, Vandergrift, PA 15690), as well as New Kensington and Greensburg, CHC serves residents across Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, and Westmoreland Counties. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), CHC operates with a mission to ensure that quality healthcare is accessible to all, regardless of their ability to pay. A particular emphasis is placed on reaching low-income, underserved, and uninsured populations who might otherwise face significant barriers to care. Their services are extensive and designed to meet the diverse needs of the community across all life stages. These include: Primary Medical Care: Physician examinations, medication, vaccinations, diagnostic lab testing, and management of chronic conditions like high blood pressure, COPD, asthma, diabetes, and cholesterol. They offer adult and pediatric primary care. Dental Care: Comprehensive Oral Care services. Behavioral Health Services: Counseling for mental health needs, substance use disorders, and other life stressors. Specialized Services: Including Women's Health Care, Podiatry, confidential and free STD testing, treatment, and counseling, Medication Assisted Treatment for Substance Abuse, and Hepatitis C Treatment. Preventive and Occupational Health: Immunizations, employment physicals, and school physicals. Support Services: Onsite labs, after-hours provider on-call, transportation for patients, medical interpreter services, and health coverage counseling and enrollment assistance. They also participate in the 340B Prescription Drug Discount Program to help with medication costs.
