I was referred by my dentist at Killingly Dental to have my bottom wisdom tooth removed as it was very painful. The first impression with the rude lady that answered the phone and told me “ I” need to contact my Blood doctor because I was on blood thinners. I asked if they have a form for them to fill out like my dentist had given me. She said just contact them and fax them a note. I don’t have a fax machine at home. She asked why I’m on blood thinner and who the heck put me on them.
What? She questioned my doctors qualifications and proceeded to tell me it was not up my dentist whether my painful wisdom tooth is removed. My dentist tried to remove it but he couldn’t get it done. I would avoid this place at all cost. The lady that answered the phone, well she is one of the rudest person in a doctors office setting. And for that, I am going elsewhere

This guy sucks. if your dentists refers you to him just go ahead and ask for a different referral. Very rude, inconsiderate and overall disrespectful. I only went for a consultation and I would never let him work on me.

Coming from someone who has had bad experiences with dentist in the past, it means a lot for me to say this was by far the worst experience ever! Are my teeth out, yes and I seem to be healing fine (it has only been 2 days). But the whole experience was terrifying! My dentist warned me Dr. Kashmanian was blunt, but that wasn't the word for it! He was HARSH and had ZERO bedside manner. Not just with me but with his staff as well. I am pretty sure I would cry every day if I worked there. I was having two teeth removed, both on the left side one top, one bottom. I was awake for it.
He didn't use any topical to numb the gum a bit before stabbing with the novocaine needle 4 times. He did say that would be the most painful part. But through the whole procedure, he was yanking my mouth one way and his nurse/assistant (not sure what their correct title is) was pulling my left cheek out, which I understand is part of the process but it was painful. I now have a huge cut coming from my lip onto my face that hopefully will not become infected and hurts worse than my jaw where the teeth were removed. He was harsh when telling me where to go with my head. He was harsh with his assistant and telling her what she was doing incorrectly and even called another one in to take over. He did "apologize" for how hard he had to work at my bottom back molar.
Had I not been awake I am sure my experience would have been different, but by the time he was done I was shaking and had tears rolling down my face. His assistant let me sit and compose myself before having to leave, which was nice. She was nice. And I felt bad for the way he was speaking to her. I am glad my teeth are out, they needed to come out bad. And sure he was quick and efficient, but if I am ever in need of teeth being removed again, I will not be going back there.

Dr k has always done right by me with my teeth,he gets in gets it done,pain free,no complications. I’ve always recommended him to anyone that need’s extractions done.getting ready to go back for a wisdom tooth in a few weeks
