Went in to have an abscessed tooth that had shattered removed. Amazing procedure, done in under a minute, with literally no pain. I have never had a more amazing experience at a dentist.

I have to give John 1 star. I went in to have 2 wisdom teeth removed and 2 perfectly good molars in front of each wisdom tooth on the bottom. After my surgery and I got home I had pieces of my broken teeth floating around in my mouth. I was spitting them out with blood. The pain was severe so severe I looked in my mouth and noticed the dr cut the side of my tongue pretty bad made a quarter size ulcer. I could not swallow eat talk anything. I called dr john and he said oh it's normal and called in a prescription for antibiotics didn't want to look at me or listen to me. 4 days later 1 er visit ct scan with dye severe nerve and noticeable pieces of tooth still in areas where they were supposed to be removed. I got home called dr john kas and he said come in the next day.

So I got a ride went into the office tried to explain what was going on and john didn't listen he said open your mouth looked inside 5 seconds and I quote "your gums look pink your fine " I asked if he could find out why it was so painful and I asked for meds anything to help and all he did was defend his procedure instead of trying to help and find out my problem. I went to the er again they said I had a broken jaw. Bone piece rubbing on my tongue causing the ulcer and pain . So I called smiles dentist in Willimantic they took me in 25 minutes after I called took 2 xrays saw the bone rubbing making ulcer and pain shaved bone down didn't need meds 75 percent better. I would not recommend going to this place because they are more worried about someone trying to sue them then about helping there patients. In my experience. The pain was more severe then a kidney stone and it lasted 22 days straight I lost 14 pounds I'm a guy who works out everyday doesn't smoke drink and loves my health. Terrible experience. Also they had me sign a waver that basically says they could almost damn near paralyze you and there not liable, I almost didn't sign it and walked out wish I had.

Now I lost 2 teeth that were perfect have 2 big holes in the back that collect everything and I have no feeling in my tongue and a vein protruding under my tongue I have to see a specialist for that. My name is David zaimoff I have awful pics and scans this was a disaster and the Dr. Was to busy to care . 0 stars what happened to caring about people these days it's only about money. . . .
