A friend recommended this location and Dr. Russo for a Root Canal. I'm a total wimp when it comes to invasive procedures, and this was my first root canal, so "dread" isn't a strong enough word. The entire staff at this Putnam, CT location was top-notch: professional, kind, and most importantly, extremely skilled and they LISTENED to my concern about having had many episodes in the past where a dentist said I was numb and I wasn't. Turns out that if they would have just waited 10-15 minutes instead of 5 minutes after injection, the numbing would have taken effect.
I didn't feel anything during the root canal with Dr. Russo, and that's all I cared about. Edwin, his assistant, had such a calm demeanor and made a stressful experience absolutely as pleasant as possible. It's only been two days since I had the procedure, but everything seems fine and I expect that if it isn't, these folks will be able to help again.

I needed an emergency Root Canal and was sent to Putnam to CNEEI for the procedure. I was greeted by Claudia and was treated wonderfully by her throughout the entire process. The staff and Dr. Russo are excellent at making you feel calm. No one likes a. Root canal, but CNEEI made it a comfortable and easy experience.
