They work with me on a difficult insurance situation as well as a heavy cleaning ask.

If you are looking for a dentist in South Charlotte, luckily, your search has ended because Carolina Dental Arts located in Ballantyne Village is the place for you. You'll be extremely happy with the service you receive from Amy and Leanne at the front desk from their smiling faces welcoming you, to their ability to work with you in finding a time that works in your busy schedule to get the care you need. They also ensure everyone is safe during these uncertain COVID times by checking temperatures and having everyone wear a mask.
Once your name is called and you are taken back by a qualified and competent assistant, you'll meet Dr. Cox, who is not only great at what he does, but puts you at ease the entire time and asks throughout if you are comfortable. He shows how valuable you are and it's not just lip service because he really does care - I received a phone call on a weekend from him personally to make sure I was doing ok after a procedure! Who even does that anymore?! Absolutely deserving of a five star review, and once you become a patient, you'll want to respond to this review thanking me for finding your new dentist.
