In the past I've had many bad experiences with dentists. The team at Fresh Dental Park Rd in Charlotte has been nothing but wonderful. Very polite and friendly. DR. PATEL ESPECIALLY HAS BEEN GREAT. She listens and answers questions informatively. The entire team recognizes me now and makes things easy. This heavily reduces my anxiety with dentistry visits.

Amazing poor experience with Fresh Dental. In 2023, I needed a crown (no emergency), and had intended to wait until January when my dental benefits reset. However, the Fresh Dental rep assured me I had 2023 coverage and encouraged me to get crown before end of year. I questioned, and she indicated she had confirmed coverage. I got the crown - 10 days before end of year - and insurer did not cover.

So now they are charging me more than $1000 which would have been covered, and are completely unwilling to reduce the rate or accept any responsibility for their error. Further, their accounts receivable team has repeatedly not returned calls or responded for weeks at a time. Will not return; cannot do business with a provider who is not trust worthy.

The staff in this office is incredible. From the front of the house, appointment schedulers and billing questions to the hands on providers. Dr Ganglani’s care, expertise, kindness and compassion put my anxiety at ease. As well as Denise and Oksana. Both are so knowledgeable and understanding.

They are professional and great at what they do! Everyone takes time to explain what’s going on and answer all of my endless questions. I could not be happier with my new smile or the good folks at Fresh Dental that held my held through the journey. I feel grateful for them and recommend this office to anyone that asks.

I am someone who has suffered from EXTREME dental anxiety from a young age. My only extraction I had performed at another dental clinic traumatized me. Needless to say, when I was told I needed a couple extractions at Fresh Dental, I was extremely scared (yes even at 40yrs old). I cannot tell you how compassionate, kind and accommodating everyone at the Park Road location was, and has been, since we started visiting them 6 months ago. Dr. Patel was especially calming, very efficient and precise.

We got through the extractions ok, but when i got up from my stress nap later that day , I had complications with one of my clots and was bleeding more than I should have been. In a panic, I had my husband call the dentist AFTER hours, and leave a message. Within moments we were directly contacted by Dr Patel. She even did a FaceTime so she could see for herself what was happening. The advice she gave me worked within 15 mins. Today (5 days later) I had my post-op visit.

My stitches were removed, and I was told the healing was great! The visit only took 10-15 mins. This is a VERY good dental clinic to be a part of. Everyone makes you feel like you matter and you’re not just a patient. They always remember our names and greet us by them when we come. I can say after a good 30 years of mental torture and anxiety over the past… I have found my FOREVER DENTIST! Thank you Dr. Patel and the Fresh Dental team for taking care of my family, and helping me eliminate so many layers of fear through the years! ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
