This was literally the worst dental experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend not going here. I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about. I saw Brittanie Height in December of 2024 and I am still dealing with the mess she made of my teeth. I had minor cavities but left with extra material cutting into my gums (had to be pried out of my gum by another dentist), a tooth left jagged and sharp which I repeatedly told her about and even came in an extra visit for her to correct. She told me she couldn't find the sharp tooth even though I told her exactly which tooth it was. At the end she told me that some teeth just feel weird after a filling and sent me on my way. I ended up having to go to an emergency dentist who took one GLANCE in my mouth and found the sharp spot immediately.

My tongue was totally cut up from the Arrowood dentist and her inability to polish the tooth correctly. Lastly, but perhaps most important, there is a bubble between my tooth and the filling. I am still, in April of 2025, experiencing pain and the new dentist I'm now seeing (I'm never setting foot in Arrowood again) explained why the bubble is causing me pain. The fillings were not set correctly and the gap between the filling and my tooth is causing issues. Now my fillings have to be drilled out and filled again. I was in more pain and worse shape after having gone to Arrowood. Perhaps it's just Brittanie Height, who I really don't understand how she graduated with a degree as a dentist, and the other dentists are okay but I wouldn't risk it. Every cent I spent I have to spend again and am in so much more pain than I ever was to begin with having minor cavities.

Additionally, Arrowood is very aware that I was upset. I called to let them know that I would be cancelling all future appointments and never returning and they REFUSED to send my X-rays to the new dentist I am seeing. I feel like that truly explains the type of practice this is. Complete trash. Save your money, time, pain and tears. Just go somewhere else.
