I was in need of emergency dental care and was in a great deal of pain. I was able to get an appointment in less than an hour. Every staff member I met was kind, courteous and professional. I greatly appreciate Dr. Nielsen and Balanced Dental for providing the care I needed on such short notice.

I liked the staff there very much. They got me in pretty quickly. They also took the time to explain everything to me. Liked the dentist. The girl working the front test took the time to explain to me the costs and what my insurance is paying. The lady who cleaned my teeth was very nice and did a really good job of cleaning my teeth. I need a lot of dental work and will keep going back there.

I called an easy 10+ dentists in the area and these folks were the ONLY ones who were able to get me in for an emergency extraction. Courteous, reasonably priced as I have no insurance, and most off all professional.
The tooth in question was severely rotted and any other dentist would've had it crumble, but not this guy! A true professional, an got it out in one piece! I hope this place does dentures because if they do I'll be coming here once I'm ready for them! Bar none hands down one of the best dentists iv been too, an iv had quite a few teeth pulled.

The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in documenting my needs and communication with doctor. This was a tuff extraction and we took plenty of time before beginning. I put this off for too long, don't wait. One's outlook changes completely without dental pain. Highly recommend the team at Balanced Dental...
