Everyone was so kind and friendly, although I was in pain I felt welcomed and was treated very nice by the staff, the Dentist squeezed me in for an extraction even though she was extremely busy and backed up. I waited a while but she took care of me and got it done. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, from the receptionist, X-ray tech, down to the hygienist, dentist assistant and finance manager. Everyone was very professional, I am Very pleased with my visit at Aspen Dental in West Boca Raton.

Dentist is lovely. The assistants have been great. Hygienist is not great. Barely looks in mouth yet makes crazy recommendations. Interesting that the bad reviews all revolve around the finance person in the office. What a shame. Just an FYI, I asked the front desk to print out the care plan in detail by code and when I got home, I verified info on my plan website. The finance person had entered incorrect information inflating my costs.

She had no insurance coverage for the implants even though they are covered 60% and I am no where near my max benefit. Her attitude is such a problem that I will look elsewhere to get the work completed. They want to charge me for drugs as part of the deep clean ($30 per drug times 3), yet when I get prescriptions for these items filled at cvs, they are $0: $0. 10, and $5, total $5. 10. You need a new finance person or she needs a serious personality adjustment.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Christina and her team when I needed to have my crown fixed. Dr. was incredibly thorough, gentle and clearly explained what needed to be done. The procedure was quick, painless and the results were perfect. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend this office for quality dental care.
