The entire staff and dentist were extremely nice and so helpful. They got me a $2000+ discount on their best Dentures, and, although I didn't need it, they offered an array of payment plans if needed. I am so pleased with my new dentures. I hadn't had teeth in more than 12 years, and although most people never realized it, I was missing out in eating so many of the foods I really loved. Aspen Dental took the time and effort to make my new dentures fit me perfectly.

Now I can eat just about anything. Steak, ham, bacon, even an apple, and yes, shhhh-even some of my favorite nuts and popcorn. I just couldn't believe how great I look and feel.

I had a regular cleaning and a crown. If the one hygienist would stop pushing the deep cleaning even when the Dentist said I didn't need it, my visit was fantastic. The Dentist communicated well, was gentle and thorough. His assistant Leslie was a charming and helpful person. They were both very attentive to my needs.

The billing was clear and on point with my discount plan, so far. I was very happy with the staff and my experience. I haven't had much dental work done, so I was anxious. They really eased my mind and explained what was happening.

Walked into Aspen Dental expecting the usual—forms, awkward small talk, and the smell of antiseptic. But then I met Jade at the front desk, and my dental anxiety did a full 180. She greeted me like I was a long-lost relative, handed me paperwork like she was dealing poker cards in Vegas, and somehow made insurance sound. . . exciting? She’s the kind of person who could organize a filing cabinet blindfolded while juggling flaming appointment reminders. Efficient? Yes.

Friendly? Like golden retriever-level friendly. I'm 90% sure she moonlights as a stand-up comedian or a Disney princess on weekends. If there were a Yelp category for “Best Dental Front Desk Jedi,” Jade would be leading the charge—lightsaber in one hand, clipboard in the other. Give this woman a raise. Or at least her own parking spot and a lifetime supply of floss. Thanks, Jade—you made my teeth feel welcome before the dentist even looked at them.
