This was my first time using Aspen Dental and the process could not have been more pleasant or gone any smoother. I was made to feel welcome, and everyone there made sure that I not only understood what they were doing at every step, but also asked if there were any questions that I had about anything that they were doing. I was never pressured to accept any treatment that I didn’t want and was charged a very fair price for the services I was provided.

Great Service was fast . All the ladies was nice. The Dentist doctor was very detailed. I prayed before I came and God Led me to Aspen. Very professional . I will highly recommend more of my friends.

I Don't like going to the Dentist. I was scared but they all made me very comfortable and I got everything I needed to do accomplish. Praise God for Aspen You guys Rock Great Customer Service. Long process for me . I trust they will make me smile even more .

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies, But you dont have to take my word for it and if you ever decide to use this place you better make sure they tell you your bill and keep every piece of paperwork they give you because they are some legal scamming. So I decided to get some work done. They gave me everything on the paper and how much it will cost if I got everything done that was on the paper. I say cool. I made appointments for it but after my first appointment, I realize I didn’t have to get all that stuff done so I told him I was canceling an appointment. And I wasn’t going to get some of the work done. So in my mind, you already quote me a bill so all I’m going to do is subtract from what I didn’t get done.

No, not these people they changed my bill to still add up for what I did not even And I have every piece of paperwork then when I went there to try to get it A understanding, the lady is always there. She make appointment with you then she changed it And then she still don’t show up. All I wanna know is what did you charge me for because I didn’t get all the work done. And then because I asked for a manager or supervisor, never been in a business where you don’t have a manager or or A supervisor for that day. And I’m doing all of this being very calm but because I’m African-American, you already know they called the police And nothing happened because I didn’t break the law. But what kind of business they try to steal from you and then try to make you look bad because you asking where your money going. But the police was cool because I didn’t break any law But that let me know that they got something too hide.

I’m just telling you it’s too many dentists out here in the world Do not use this business. They are legit scam artists. Hopefully I find out what they really charge me for. Im about to show pictures of the different prices they kept trying to give me everytime I come back this first picture is the picture with the price for everything that I agree at first to get done. The second picture is when I told them I don’t wanna get a few things done and it added up to like 1,100 something Then I decided that I didn’t want them to do but look at the price that they gave me after I didn’t do some of this work. And then the next picture is showing you the stuff that they were supposed to take off And they highlighted it.

Extremely impressed with the service I received at Aspen Dental. I have had a difficult time scheduling with my regular dentist in GA. Between Alaska dentist and GA dentist, I need to get my teeth cleaned every 3 months. Yes! Every three months. I have had a standing appointment for my cleaning in AK for mid-July. However, I had not been able to schedule with regular dentist in GA for the April cleaning, so I’ve had to wait 6 months. I have an opportunity to travel before returning to AK, so I tried getting in with GA dentist, and the earliest they had was in Mid-November for a cleaning.

On this past Saturday I decided to just google for another dental clinic in GA. That’s when I found Aspen. I was able to get an appointment for Monday (which is today). The x-ray tech (Jay) was very thorough, patient, and very polite. When I was transferred to Susan, the dental hygienist, for her to examine my x-rays and teeth, I was very impressed with her level of expertise and her patience in explaining her findings; this was before I met the dentist and a decision had been made as to what services they recommended. Dr. Taylor, the dentist, was very warm and professional, and made me feel like I had been an ongoing patient of hers for years.

I agreed with the decision that I needed a deep cleaning, but had no idea they would be able to do it that same day after taking a little break. I grabbed a bite to eat and was back in 30 minutes to experience the excellent service from Susan! I know it normally doesn't always happen this fast in finding a new dentist and getting an appointment right away. However, I have found my new dental family at Aspen Dental!! Their level of care, professionalism, and friendliness is the best I’ve ever experienced from an entire dental office in all these years. I have no complaints whatever … in fact, I have nothing but praises. I feel very blessed!!
