This dentist refuses to be in-network for any insurance company. This forces all his clients to pay out of network costs when going to his office. I asked the receptionist why that was (because I have never heard of someone doing this) and she said it was because the dentist didn't like being told what to do by the insurance companies. Does he not realize that by refusing to work with the insurance companies he is making everything more expensive for his clients? I am surprised that anyone goes to him based on that alone.

My mother-in-law has been seeing him for around 10 years and has had to pay $200 for every cleaning because he is not in-network and "doesn't like the insurance companies to tell him what to charge" (the receptionist's words). This man sounds corrupt. I would look elsewhere for your dental work.

Called first thing this morning with an emergency situation and they worked me into their schedule within a few hours. The dental assistant got my x-rays done quickly and Dr. Preuss sat down to explain everything very thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with a plan to get everything taken care of.

He then got me setup with an Oral Surgeon and some medication to hold me over till they could see me. Great experience and service, would recommend their practice to others!

Dr. Preuss is an excellent dentist. His many years of experience allow him to make the best technical decisions for his patients, while minimizing their out of pocket costs. He and his staff are very caring, and go the extra mile to make sure their patients are taken care of, even on weekends or Holidays.

We love going to the dentist and are always greeted by the friendliest staff. From the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists themselves, we trust that we are getting the best care. My 2 year old went in for a “fun” visit to become comfortable and oriented with going to the dentist and has looked forward to going to each visit since.
