Dental Clinics in E Broad St, Eufaula, Barbour County, Alabama

This dentist office is kind but lack proper communication skills! I spoke with Cindy twice on yesterday letting her know that my son would be late due to the late bus route that he is currently on. She told me that would be fine and there was one person behind me so if needed, they would put him/her ahead of me and I'd take his/her spot. Today when I arrived 12 minutes late, however, I was told I would have to reschedule because I was late and they could not see my son. I just truely wish I had known that the previous day when me and Cindy talked so that I could've rescheduled then, instead of the poor communication leading to a major inconvenience of my time as well as this dentist office's time!

Absolute worst experience ever. My husband had a dental emergency and they worked us in last minute, which seemed great. His jaw was swollen from what appeared to be an infection of some kind. They did X-rays as we thought the tooth may have been cracked. The dentist roughly pounded on the painful tooth then asked “so you just want me to pull it?” Needless to say we walked out and won’t be back
