Im writing this in regards to myself and another patients personal experience. I would never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone… not even my worst enemy. Every experience I have heard with them is absolutely unacceptable. The staff is INCREDIBLY disrespectful, rude, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. When a corporate number was requested, it was completely ignored. What’s worse, I discovered they had signed paperwork on another patients behalf, without any permission. She had requested HER dental records as well as all documentation regarding her services, to be told, they have NOTHING on file for her. This is beyond unethical and raises serious legal concerns. On top of that, their prices are outrageously expensive, and they seem far more focused on taking your money than actually helping. Aspen Dental is a complete scam. Please save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else. :)
Nice professional staff. Information provided was detailed and pricing was great. Met with the office manger Mrs.Floyd and she was professional and very courteous towards my mother who was needing dental services. Will definitely schedule with them for future dental services.
