From the moment I walked into the practice, it was blatantly apparent that Foundations is an entirely different experience than any other dental practice I have ever seen. The atmosphere is elegant, relaxed, and beautiful. The staff, from the associate behind the check-in counter to the dentists, is remarkably. They made me feel as if they were genuinely happy to see me. They go to great lengths to make the visit as peaceful, comfortable, and pleasant. The practice looks and feels like a high-end, exclusive operation and not a cold, sterile medical office. Absolutely every step of the process and procedure is done with incredible, patient-centered, professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. I have found my dentist for life. I, as an adult, have had nothing but a great experience here. Today, however, my 2 1/2 year old went for her first visit. Maybe our assigned hygienist was having a rough day but - I felt that for 9 in the morning - her demeanor towards my 2 year old just was not as upbeat and welcoming as I had envisioned her first experience being. The Dr. was great but I feel as if our first impression via the hygienist had been better that my child would have been more happy to be there.
