I had a tricky procedure, but Dr. Ainsworth took his time and tried to reach a small branched off root. He was gentle, but best of all explained every step of the way what was happening. The reception staff think they are Dr’s. Don’t fall for the leave an msg and we will get back to you quickly, they don’t. After being told by the real Dr. to call and come and see him if there were any problems like dry socket, heat in the area I called and called to be told ‘’well of course having a tooth extracted will be painful afterwards the Dr. won’t be in until Monday (its Thursday) and he would only tell you to take Tylenol anyway. I did say the swelling only started the night before and my whole face is red hot and swollen. The Dr. Was very professional but as far as the practice I will never go again!! I was due to return for expensive bridge work but I will be giving someone else the 5k rather than supporting the receptionist’s salary. After a fantastic start with the Dr. the whole experience was trash. I guess I need to visit my general physician.
