About
I grew up on Long Island, the oldest of 3 children. When I was old enough I used to work with my dad, a tileman; hard work that I found enjoyable. It was real hands on and in retrospect I think it helped me be good with my hands, developing dexterity, a really important aid in working in peoples mouths. My dad's older brother was a dentist. Fortunately for me a visit with Unc. Victor was always fun. I had good checkups and he would take the time to show and explain dental things to me. After high school I went to Fordham University in the Bronx where I met my wife, earned a BS in Biology and worked in a deli. I made the best roast beef sandwhich. We love the Bronx and still go back regularly to visit Fordham, the Botanical Gardens and to have a great meal on Arthur Avenue. I was accepted into Georgetown Dental School and graduated with honors. We still go back to Washington as I am in involved with the Dental Alumni Board. I love the practice of dentistry. It's an art and a science. I've practiced in Cranford since 1981. I feel so fortunate to be the dentist to so many people I've known for years and who have become friends. A word about my staff. Peggy and Angie have been with me for 20 years. Diane and Catherine for 9 and Patti for 2 years. Our priorities are people first and we do our best to treat our patients with the care they deserve.
