Dr. Richard Fein, DMD

Today is Aug 26, 2024. I never completed reviews, but today's experience is one I need to share. This is for anyone who is absolutely afraid, shameful, scared, had a bad past experience and take care of everyone but yourself. Today I had a root canal procedure. I was so scared because the thought of sounds of the instruments and the needles in my mouth was unbearable, but I stayed. Dr. Fein was so gentle with me. He explained everything that was going to happen. Because of my anxiety I decided to use nitrous oxide (laughing gas) He and his Assistant waited for me to get in a relax state and the procedure began. I just closed my eyes and just relaxed. I didn't feel the needle AT ALL. Doing the procedure, he checked in asking if I was okay and reassured me that i was doing great. Then the words came,' you're done'. He took a final x-ray to make sure that everything looked great. He told me that it's normal to experience some discomfort, but it is now hours later and NOTHING!!! The Best!

Dr Fein & Dr Fakari are so nice & skilled. I have had a few root canals here bc of chemo related issues. Dr Fein got back to me several times on his day off (shocked) after I had some issues (not his fault, chemo can cause bone issues). The other Dr could have tried to sell me on svcs a few yrs ago but told me once an infection went away he didn’t think I needed it. Even the front staff are nice & helpful. Can’t say enough nice things about this place. Won’t trust anywhere else!

Dr. Ranya Eshera was great! Great professional skills. Extremely pleasant and professional manners. Nothing short of superb!

Second root canal by Dr Fein and would not hesitate to return. He is personable, professional and cares about his patient’s comfort. If you are anxious, consider conscious sedation. Dr. Fakhari and all of the team members showed excellent bedside manner, attention to detail, and skill. The operation was quick, painless, and comfortable! The office is very clean and professional. The staffs are friendly and nice. I feel like they put the customers above everything. I recommend Dr. Fazel Fakhari to be your dental treatment.

I do not think that most people would say they had a great experience having a root canal but that was exactly my experience. From the welcoming atmosphere when I walked through the door to the care Dr. Fein's nurse and Dr. Fein himself gave me was wonderful. I thought I would be in pain the next day but the direct opposite. I would highly recommend Dr. Fein and the practice to anyone.

I wasn't looking forward to a root canal, but Dr. Eshera did everything she could to make me comfortable while giving me the best possible care. The only discomfort during the procedure was from lying still, there wasn't any pain associated with the actual work inside my mouth. I woke this morning with no pain at all in the affected tooth, just a stiff back. I won't be looking for another chance to need a root canal, but if it happens, I'll go back to Dr. Fein's office in a heartbeat. The entire staff was friendly, relaxed and seemed determined to take care of me.
