I would recommend Dr. Elman & this practice to anyone in the Baltimore Washington Metro area. I experienced significant discomfort over the weekend and was advised that I'd need a root canal. I anticipated having to wait at least a week but Dr. Elman's practice accommodated me by seeing me on the same day for my procedure. The staff displayed the utmost care, courtesy & professionalism from the first phone call I placed to contacting my general dentist in order to obtain referral information. They made everything so easy. Dr. Elman and his assistant put me at ease from the second I walked into the procedure room. As a related health care professional myself, I truly appreciate the attention & time Dr. Elman took to explain the proocedure & what to expect afterwards. In addition, he called to check on me in the evening to make ensure that I was doing well.

Excellent service from Dr Elman. Squeezed me in at last minute. Friendly, professional service from beginning to end. It's hard to imagine a root canal as a positive experience - but this was positive. Zero pain.

My experience was exceptional from start to finish. The office staff and dental assistants were courteous, kind, prompt and helpful in every way. Dr. Elman also was a total pleasure. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a root canal performed today by Dr. Elman and it couldn't have been easier. He was very patient and clearly concerned about my comfort and ensuring I had all my questions answered. He ensured I experienced minimum discomfort (which was almost no discomfort), and worked most expeditiously which I appreciated. It is now about 6 hours since the procedure, the pain medication he administered has worn off, and I am virtually pain-free. Well done Dr. Elman and thank you!!

Dr. Elman's primary concern is the patient, as it should be. I had a second visit this week for a root canal on another tooth and it went just as expected. I received excellent service and care and that's why I requested his office again. I will not hesitate to go back again, if necessary. I will also recommend his office to all my family and friends, without hesitation. Thanks to all at Advanced Root Canal Specialists for taking such good care of me, again.

Dr. Elman was wonderful. He and Gabby took such good care of me. They were so professional and calm which lowered my anxiety. He explained the entire root canal procedure and allowed time for questions/concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Elman for anyone needing a root canal procedure.

My experience with Dr. Elman was amazing! He is such a warm considerate person. I was very nervous having to get a root canal. I didn’t know what to expect. From the time I went in there for my consultation to the actual procedure Jennifer his assistant and Dr. Elman made me free so comfortable. She gave me headphones for the noise and a weighted blanket. I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. I had such a wonderful experience! Dr. Elman also called me last night to see how I was feeling! Needed my first root canal and was extremely anxious. Dr. Elman had both skill and compassion. His staff, especially Brandi, were also fabulous.

I needed an emergency root canal during the COVID-19 Epidemic due to an abscess that was causing severe pain. Dr. Elman is the man you want. Took the time to explain everything, made sure I was in no pain during the procedure, called me at home later to make sure I was in no pain that evening. I went from being in excruciating pain and unable to sleep or function to in almost no pain in the course of a few hours after his treatment. When you are in pain that you would not wish on your worst enemy you want Dr. Elman as your friend.
