Very unprofessional, very rushed they lost my paper work. Told me I needed a root canal and crown right out of the gate before she even started my cleaning then proceeded to be very rough with me when I told he I'm not having any issues. First and last visit.

I was there yesterday cleaning my teeth. I said i didnt agree with the cancellation charge because life happens. and she basically told me she runs a business and if i did not like that policy to find someone who does not charge. And told me to find another dentist because she was dismissing me. very rude will never go back to her. very poor manners

Best. Dentist. EVER! I love the experience of going to the dentist now! I never thought I would say it, but there is a real passion happening in this office. The culture, the music, the hard wood floors, the leather patient chairs, the state of the art tech they use to give you an exam. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and ..the best part is, she is IN network with my insurance! YAY!

I had to have a root canal and crown. Both visits were pain free. Dr. Zimmers is gentle, and patient, excellent dentist. Would highly recommend. The staff are all caring and very knowledgeable.

I found Dr. Zimmers Dentistry after a recent move to NWI and making several dentist reviews in the area. Dr. Zimmers was very professional, informative and caring and the entire staff was equally great during my visits for initial exam, cleaning and short procedure (filling). I'm glad I found Dr. Zimmers for my family's dental needs and would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for the same.
