Our teenage son went to Dental town for Invisilign treatment. His right Canine was lodged literally horizontally in his gums. The recommendation was to remove this tooth along with 3 other healthy teeth to make way for invisilign treatment.Dr. Cho performed the procedure and we went home. It was left to my teenage son, after his sedation wore off, to realize that his impacted tooth was still in his mouth. When we finally managed to get hold of Dr. Cho, he told us that another tooth was fractured and he removed that. A perfectly healthy tooth was removed instead of the impacted tooth, we were not informed of it before, during and after the procedure. It became obvious to us that the dentist had pulled out the WRONG tooth by mistake and what happened after was a series of cover ups. Needless to say, we are working with another orthodontist trying to rectify the carelessness and negligence of Dr. Cho. Pls see same review elsewhere as limited by words.Stay warned.
